Why witches don't hurt people, and why proper occultists don't do it often QUESTION from Eiryk ap Bucon November 11, 2000 Not so much a question as a few pointers. Wiccan followers don't hurt people. Wicca is about being nice. And, as you would have found out if you'd cared to look, Wicca believe that evil comes back to get you three times stronger if you curse someone, or something. This is not strictly true. Being a practicing Chaos Mage, and Chaos being a primarily black art, I myself have had the fortune of casting six successful hexes under principles of A.O.Spare's sigilisation techniques. However, this has not been without recompense. Though the results have ranged from car accidents to broken limbs, to imprisonment and fines, the repercussions on myself have been thankfully slender, due to dutiful use of the aforemention sigilisation techniques, and circles of protection. Chaos is alive and well in the old country, and we do not fear you, for there is more evil in the world than good. Io Chaotem.
ANSWER by John-Paul Ignatius, O.L.S.M. on January 28, 2001 Dear Mr. Bucon: Sorry, dont need pointers from a witch. And yes wicca does hurt people --- if for no other reason than it directs people away from the true God and places them in danger of hell -- the ultimate hurt. P.S. The word nice come from the Latin nescius meaning ignorant. In Middle English the word was used to refer to foolish, without sense.
