by Catherine Frakas 11 Feb 2006

This is a papal fidelity site. Loyal and Obedient to the Current Pope and to the Magisterium United With Him. Return to Training Index Nine Levels for Spiritual Warriorship There are nine levels of Spiritual Warriorship in which one may be trained by our Apostolate (in order of relative rank): Prayer Warrior Team Spiritual Warfare Basic First Aid Spiritual Warfare First Responder On-site Prayer Team Intake and Assessment Counselor Advanced Training for Counselors, Law Enforcement, & Other Professionals Field Investigator Deliverance Counselor The Power Encounter 1. Prayer Warrior Team Training The Prayer Warrior Team will be privy to specific details of deliverance cases so as to be able to pray for the specific needs of the case. To accomplish this properly the Prayer Warrior needs to understand the basic principles of Spiritual Warfare, demonology, and angelology in addition to the basic principles of Spiritual Warfare prayer. The Training for a position on the Prayer Warrior Team is approximately one week in addition to spending time reading our Spiritual Q&A; and participation in our Spiritual Warfare Discussion Group. The Prayer Warrior Team is open only to loyal and obedience practicing Catholics in good standing. 2. Spiritual Warfare Basic First Aid The Spiritual Warfare Basic First Aid (SWBA) program prepares the student in what could be considered the Spiritual Warfare version of Introductory and Basic First Aid. As the name implies a First Aider has some basic knowledge to handle extemporaneous situations that do not require more advanced assistance, or may apply basic spiritual first aid until a First Responder or other trained personnel can be contacted. The SWBA should limit themselves to basic intercessory prayers for others and the offering of general advice and referral to those to whom they believe may need it. Under no circumstances, however, should a SWBA try to offer deliverance or even emergency care or approach a person who is manifesting serious demonic behavior. The SWBA is qualified only to administer a bandaid and a little comfort to a person. If a person needs more than that then the SWBA must refer the person to a more qualified person trained in these matters. The Training for Spiritual Warrior Basic First Aid is approximately three-six weeks in addition to spending time reading our Spiritual Q&A; and participation in our Spiritual Warfare Discussion Group. Training is open to all Christians. 3. Spiritual Warrior First Responder Training The Spiritual Warfare First Responder (SWFR) program prepares the student in what could be considered the Spiritual Warfare version of Advanced First Aid and Emergency Care. As the name implies a First Responder is the first person on-the-scene of a Spiritual Warfare crisis or situation. The SWFR seeks to recognize potential spiritual problems, while not actually making a diagnosis, among their respective constituency and, if necessary, may provide initial care and counseling until a more qualified person can be consulted. The SWFR may also be the first to respond to an spiritual warfare emergency or crisis that develops in a group or on the street offering assistance to the degree possible according to the First Responder's expertise until a more qualified person arrives on the scene. The Training for a position on the Spiritual Warrior First Responder Team is approximately three-six months in addition to spending time reading our Spiritual Q&A; and participation in our Spiritual Warfare Discussion Group. Training is open to all Christians who are in position to need these skills in response to situations among their constituency, such as, but not limited to: pastors, ministers, teachers, mental health professionals, doctors, social workers, law enforcement officers, or any others who may, by virtue of their profession or situation may be confronted with spiritual warfare issues from time to time. 4. On-site Prayer Team Training The On-site Prayer Team are specially selected from among the Spiritual Warfare Prayer Warrior Team or other qualified candidates. These team members are given more specific training in how to assist at an on-site deliverance session, power encounter, or house infestation. Training for the On-site Prayer Team position is approximately one week in addition to the training for the Prayer Warrior Team and is open only to those who have successfully graduated from the Prayer Warrior Team or the SWFR Team with at least one year experience in one of those respective teams. 5. Intake and Assessment Counsellor Training Intake and Assessment Counsellors, as the name implies, conduct intake and assessment interviews with potential clients. This task is very important as it forms the basis of decision making as to whether or not a prospective client qualifies for our services and what initial direction the counseling will take with that client. Training for the Intake and Assessment Counsellor position is approximately one to two years depending upon the knowledge and skills already possessed by the student. This position is open only to loyal and obedient practicing Catholics in good standing who have a high level of emotional and spiritual maturity. 6. Specialized Training for Counselors and Law Enforcement Specialized Training is available to mental health professionals and law enforcement officials who, because of their professions, may need to know certain issues of the occult that is not proper to release to the public. For mental health professionals certain issues may arise during counseling with Satanic Ritual Abuse survivors or former Satanists and occultist or other individuals with spiritual problems that are beyond the usual professional experience of the counselor. In law enforcement there are times when officers need to know how to interpret an occult crime scene that require knowledge of certain aspects of the occult that should not be made public. Since the information in this 3-day seminar is on a strict need-to-know basis, application is available open only to those individuals with mental health or law enforcement credentials who have a specific need, due to their job, to learn this information. 7. Field Investigator Field Investigators travel to on-site locations to investigate paranormal phenomena such as hauntings and other phenomena that requires direct onsite investigation. The training for Field Investigator requires approximately one to two months additional training beyond the prerequisite of the Intake and Assessment Counsellor training. Some Field Investigators may also be trained in the Specialized training seminar given to mental heath professionals and law enforcement since that information may be needed to consult in the field with a local counselor or on a crime scene with police officials. The position of Field Investigator is open only to those qualified Catholics in good standing who have graduated from the Intake and Assessment Training program and who have a minimum of three years experience as a Intake and Assessment Counsellor. 8. Deliverance Counselor and Investigator Training to be a full Deliverance Counsellor involves much discernment, academics, clinical training, and personal spiritual formation. To facilitate this training goal to produce men and women of character and professional expertise as lay counselors who are called by God to be Spiritual Warriors and Deliverance Counselors, our agency leads students through the most comprehensive and professionally oriented training program of its kind in the world. We are not aware of any concentrated training program among Catholics or Protestants who provide such thorough and comprehensive training. This program leads students through four tracks of discernment and training:
Academic Track: This phase gives the theological background and basis in demonology, angelology, moral theology, Catholic worldview, the science of Deliverance Counseling, critical thinking, counseling basics, spiritual warfare, and more.

Clinical Track: The Clinical phase begins advance training in spiritual direction and spiritual counseling, healing practices and techniques, clinical deliverance issues and techniques, the Deliverance Process, case management, Practicums, and Internships.

Spiritual Formation Track: The Spiritual Direction phase will guide the student through three levels of a personal spiritual journey to aid in faith, spiritual maturity, and general formation as a spiritual warrior and disciple. A primary goal of this spiritual journey is also to discern whether or not God is calling the student to be involved in Spiritual Warfare ministry.
9. The Power Encounter The Power Encounter is the last resort in Deliverance Counseling. Cases that are not successful at this level may need to be referred to the Church for a formal solemn exorcism. Training in the Power Encounter is by invitation only to those persons who have graduated from the Deliverance Counselor and Investigator Training and who have at least five years of experience as a Deliverance Counsellor.
